Scope

This notice describes the public Navora website. Account and app data are handled through the notices and controls presented in the Navora service.

Information you submit

When you use the contact form, Navora receives the name, email, topic, message, language and technical request information needed to accept and protect the submission.

How it is used

Contact information is used to create a support conversation, respond to the enquiry, protect the form from abuse and maintain an appropriate support record.

Launch reservations

A launch reservation records an anonymous browser reservation identifier, the selected platform, language and submission time. Email is optional. If supplied, it is used only for the one-time launch notice and its plaintext value is removed after successful delivery; a one-way hash remains to prevent duplicate reservations.

The website uses a necessary consent cookie and, only with permission, language preference storage. See the Cookie Policy for the current inventory and controls.

Security

Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, recovery details or private keys through the public contact form. Navora Support will not request them.
